The area of Green Bay South was lively and colorful over the weekend, as residents from all eight communities participated in the “Hung Out to Dry” event.
The event, started by Nicole Holland and Natalie Colbourne, encouraged residents to hang their colourful quilts outside in the hopes of boosting tourism in the underrepresented area.
Holland says that traffic was constant as people rolled in to for a photo-op and a new quilt.
