An NBA player agent from Mount Pearl’s client debuted in the NBA’s minor leagues.
Newfoundland Rogues assistant coach and NBA agent Stacey Leawood was in Las Vegas last week to watch her client debut in the NBA’s developmental G-League.
Her client, Xavier Moon, was signed by the Agua Caliente Clippers, the minor league affiliate of the Los Angeles Clippers and is the nephew of former NBA player Jamario Moon.
Leawood also spent time scouting for the Rogues at the Indonesian National Basketball Team took on the American players.
