Firefighters and police were called back to a house in the centre of St. John’s late Wednesday after it was damaged by fire for the second time in recent weeks.
Police have also responded to other complaints about the Hoyles Avenue residence, specifically the 24/7 comings and goings to and from the address.
Police say one person was left homeless as a result of last night’s fire, which damaged the roof and one side of the duplex.
There were no injuries and there’s no word yet on the cause of the fire.
