A man has been charged after he allegedly assaulted a man in Grand Falls-Windsor, leaving him with serious injuries.
The RCMP say it occurred sometime between 7:45 and 8:15 yesterday evening in the parking lot of the Catholic Church on Church Road.
Thirty-eight-year-old Alexander Goulding has been charged with aggravated assault. He made a court appearance today.
Police are hoping to speak with any witnesses. Anyone with information should contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
