The Royal St. John’s Regatta Committee has elected its new board for 2025 with the top positions remaining intact.
Ashley Peach is again president and Keith White vice-president and captain of the course. Peach says she got to see first-hand the commitment of the rowing community, staff, stakeholders, sponsors and many volunteers in her first year as president.
White is responsible for all aspects of race day from scheduling to safety.
The committee, comprised of about 50 people, is governed by an 11-person board of directors.
The Regatta normally takes place the first Wednesday in August at Quidi Vidi Lake, but this year has moved to the last Wednesday in July to accommodate the Canada Summer Games.
