A man has been charged with a number of criminal offences after a woman in Grand Falls-Windsor was assaulted.
RCMP say the woman was injured in the incident, which happened at a home in the town on Tuesday.
Twenty-three year-old Brady James Penney of Springdale was located a short distance away from the home where the woman was assaulted.
Facing charges of assault and uttering threats, Penney was released to appear later.
