There has been another significant drop in the price of gasoline. The Public Utilities Board has lowered the maximum price by 4 and a half cents per litre province-wide. There was a similar reduction this time last week.
Diesel fuel on the island and in Labrador West drops by about 6 cents per litre, furnace oil on the island goes down by just over 5 cents, and stove oil in Labrador West decreases by roughly 5 cents.
Propane used for home heat goes up by nearly 4 cents.
