A 31-year-old Deer Lake woman is facing charges following a drug bust in the town on the weekend.
The RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West and the RCMP’s general investigative division arrested Stephanie Lodge after drugs, cash and other items were seized from a home in the town.
The search was part of an ongoing investigation which resulted in the seizure of a quantity of cocaine, cash, pills and drug paraphernalia.
Lodge has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine.
She has been released to appear in court in March.
The investigation continues.
