Air Canada will not be resuming service to Cuba until at least November.
The carrier halted service to the Caribbean nation last month as it grapples with energy and supply shortages – including fuel shortages at Cuban airports.
Other Canadian airlines such as WestJet and Air Transat also suspended service to Cuba, however flights are currently set to resume next month.
Air Canada says travel to Cuba has been suspended until at least November 1. Travellers with prior bookings can contact the airline to make changes to their itinerary or opt for a credit towards a future booking.
