Two people have been displaced after a fire at a home in the Mundy Pond area.

Emergency crews rushed to the scene on St. Teresa’s Court around 8:00 last night.

Two residents managed to escape the blaze and are now being accommodated by the Canadian Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
