A woman whose licence had already been suspended has been charged with drunk driving after a crash last night in Conception Bay South.
The single-vehicle accident happened on Peacekeepers Way at the Minerals Road connection just before 11:00. RNC officers noticed an odour of alcohol and, after she failed the roadside test, landed at police headquarters where she failed the breathalyzer.
Her vehicle was impounded but the 40-year-old was released to appear later.
