RCMP is warning the public of slowdowns on the TCH near Arnold’s Cove due to a tractor trailer that is partially off the road.
Traffic is alternating as the eastbound lane of the highway is blocked. Drivers can expect delays in the area and are warned about hazardous road conditions due to heavy rain and thick fog.
