A 29-year-old woman was arrested after a two-vehicle collision at the ferry terminal in Port aux Basques early Saturday morning.
Police were called about a collision between an SUV and a commercial transport truck on the exit ramp from a ferry docked at the ferry terminal.
The driver of the SUV was not injured, however officers detected signs of impairment and a breath sample was requested.
The woman failed to provide a proper sample and was arrested and charged with refusal. Her vehicle was impounded.
She’s scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
