Triton Ocean Products was sentenced in connection with a workplace incident nearly six years ago in which an employee was seriously hurt.
A woman suffered broken bones and soft tissue injuries in June of 2020 after she was pulled into the piece of equipment she had been cleaning.
The company was charged in May of 2022, and found guilty earlier this year of two of the three charges laid against it.
The company was fined a total of $39,000 in court yesterday.
