A man suspected of tipping the bottle while in the waiting room at the ER of the Health Sciences in the wee hours has been charged after a disturbance.

Police were called in around midnight as security guards told them that the 56-year-old had been consuming alcohol in the area.

He has been charged with causing a disturbance and breaching probation.
