A domestic dispute in St. John’s has led to the arrest of a man.

The incident, which resulted in minor injuries to the woman, happened at a residence on Blackmarsh Road around midnight.

Several witnesses told RNC officers that the woman had been assaulted by her boyfriend.

The 22-year-old spent the night in jail awaiting charges of assault and uttering threats.
