A familiar face has been appointed as the capital city’s new Deputy City Manager of Finance and Corporate Services.

Kris Connors has been working with the city of St. John’s for more than a decade.

He recently served as Manager of Budget and Treasury, where he led the development of the city’s operating and capital budgets, long-term financial planning and treasury operations.

Mayor Danny Breen congratulated Connors on his new position at yesterday’s council meeting.

“Congratulations Kris, you’ve been a great asset to the city.”
