One man is facing charges after a disturbance at a restaurant in Englee on the Northern Peninsula Monday morning.
Roddickton RCMP were contacted around 11:30 about a man who had threatened and assaulted a patron of the establishment.
Police located the suspect nearby, but he refused to cooperate when officers tried to take him into custody.
He was eventually arrested.
The 45-year-old is scheduled to appear in court in August on charges of assault and resisting arrest.
