There’s some savings at the pumps ahead of tomorrow’s stat holiday.
Gas is down 3.3 cents. Diesel on the island drops 4.1 cents and 3.7 cents in Labrador West.
Furnace oil decreases by about 3 and a half cents per litre. Stove oil in Lab West is down by about 3 cents.
The PUB has also adjusted the maximum price of gasoline for coastal Labrador. The new maximum price is now set at 2.16 a litre – a 40 cent increase.
Seasonal prices in other parts of Labrador were already adjusted earlier this month.
The PUB will continue to adjust prices at midnight despite tomorrow’s holiday.
