Time Trials for the Royal St. John’s Regatta are set to take place this morning at Quidi Vidi Lake. The annual races determine the placement of each team or boat on the water on the day of the big race.
Conditions are good with winds not being a significant factor.
The Regatta, on August 5th, will feature dozens of crews and draw thousands around the pond.
The first race today starts at 8 a.m.
