RNC was at the right place at the right time to catch a driver believed to be under the influence of drugs.

Officers out on patrol in CBS around 10:45 yesterday morning witnessed a vehicle veer off into a ditch on Anchorage Road.

After checking on the lone occupant, police had reason to believe he was impaired by drugs.

The 52-year-old man was arrested and charged with impaired. His licence was suspended and his vehicle impounded.
