The Newfoundland and Labrador Soccer Association has issued a Request for Proposals to conduct a provincial soccer infrastructure assessment.

The goal is to create a needs assessment of the province’s soccer infrastructure and to develop a long-term strategic plan to identify gaps, future needs and investment priorities.

The deadline for submissions is August 14th.
