RCMP recently seized a vehicle from a novice driver who was traveling at twice the posted speed limit.
Police pulled the vehicle over around 9:00 a.m. yesterday on the Salmonier Line near Holyrood.
The vehicle in question was caught on radar at speeds of up to 102 km/h in a 50 zone.
The 17-year-old driver was ticketed for speeding, their licence was suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
