A 35-year-old man has been arrested and one person was taken to hospital with injuries following an assault in Bay L’Argent last night.
A 911 call came in around 8:20 indicating that a man had been assaulted and needed medical attention.
The victim’s injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
Police say the victim was able to identify the suspect as Adam Michael Peters who was arrested at a nearby home.
He’s scheduled to appear in Grand Bank court on a charge of aggravated assault.
