Drug trafficking charges have been laid against a 59-year-old St. John’s businessman.
RNC say Jim Kelloway was arrested at his home in St. John’s on July 8th.
A subsequent search of two properties resulted in the seizure of cocaine, hash, prescription pills, contraband cigarettes, cash and other drug paraphernalia.
Kelloway was initially released pending the results of drug testing. On Tuesday, he was charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in drugs.
He’s scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
