A 34-year-old man, who wasn’t supposed to be driving, took things a little too literally after crashing through the gate of a property near Garnish.
Patrol officers noticed a car speeding toward them Friday afternoon and flicked on the lights, but the car wouldn’t pull over and sped away.

Police found the same car a short time later after it smashed through a gate and wall at a property called “Pushthrough Haven”
Damage was extensive.
The driver was not injured and was arrested at the scene. He’s been charged with dangerous driving, flight from police, damage to property, driving without insurance, and driving with a suspended licence.
