A Butlerville man has been arrested and charged after a crash in Shearstown this morning.
Bay Roberts RCMP were called to the scene around 9:30 this morning to find a vehicle in the ditch.
The 35-year-old driver was arrested on the scene for impaired driving and taken to the detachment where he provided breath samples that were more than the legal limit.
The vehicle was seized and the man’s licence was suspended.
