There were no injuries as the result of an unusual incident in a school zone on Mundy Pond Road Thursday afternoon.
A parked car somehow ended up rolling down a hill—striking a signpost and colliding with a pickup parked outside St. Teresa’s Parish Hall before finally coming to rest.
There was some damage as a result, but things could have been much worse.
Students were being dismissed from nearby St. Teresa’s Elementary at the same time.
