Now-former US President Donald Trump has resurfaced in the west end of St. John’s—in snow sculpture form, that is.
Artist James Keating says he was inspired to create the work in recognition and relief on Trump’s last day in office.

He says he wanted to do something that summed up Trump’s presidency, so it shows him drowning in controversy and getting the axe.
The sculpture, which can be found at the intersection of Hamlyn Road and Canada Drive, depicts a flailing, hollering Trump as he sinks into the ocean.
Keating says he crafted the work with the help of his 16-year-old son, Ashton.
