There are two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador today.
Both cases are in the Eastern Health region, and are linked to travel within Canada. Otherwise, there are no new recoveries to report and no one is currently in hospital due to the virus.
The source of a cluster of cases in the St. John’s region has been linked to travel. Four cases were confirmed in that cluster, and officials say contact tracing is nearing completion.
There are currently 14 active cases across the province.
