Police responded to a rather tiresome break and enter at a home in the capital city, Sunday evening.

The homeowner had returned home and found a man had forced his way into the home and was still asleep inside.

Police say the man, whose age was not provided, was known to the residents.

He is charged with break and entry and a breach of court orders, and was held at the lockup for court.
