35-year-old Matthew Twyne appeared for his bail decision today via video link from Her Majesty’s Penitentiary.
Judge Lois Skanes delivered her ruling just after 2 p.m.
Twyne was arrested in Mount Pearl earlier this month for failing to obey court orders to stay away from places where children under 16 are known to be.

He’s due back in court September 3.
