Eight people, including five children under the age of seven, have been displaced by a fire in Stephenville.
The fire, which broke out around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening on Fairview Road, damaged two units of an 8-unit joint townhouse in the town.
Emergency lodging has been arranged for one family of four by the Canadian Red Cross, and a second family has been provided with meals and clothing.
