The percentage of eligible Newfoundlanders and Labradorians who are fully vaccinated has reached a new milestone.
80 percent of all eligible residents are now fully vaccinated, and 88 per cent have received at least one shot.
Premier Andrew Furey and Health Minsiter John Haggie tweeted out the news yesterday.
The only way we can make it through this pandemic is by getting vaccinated. Thank you Newfoundland and Labrador for stepping up and getting the jab!

As of Sept. 24: 80% of the eligible population fully vaccinated and 88.2% with at least one dose.
