RCMP recently removed three aggressive drivers from the road, all of whom were clocked doing more than 50 km/h over the speed limit.
On Saturday, police stopped a 45-year-old St. John’s man who was driving 165 km/h on the Argentia Access Road.
Then on Sunday a 41-year-old man from Conne River was stopped for driving 159 km/h on the TCH near Middle Gull Pond.
And on Monday a 19-year-old Paradise man was pulled over for driving 157 km/h on the Trans-Canada Highway near the Hodgewater Line.
All three drivers had their licences suspended and vehicles seized.
