The city of St. John’s is inviting the public to recognize World Refugee Day by viewing a new photography exhibit at City Hall.
“Brighter Future…Together” is an exhibit of photographs captured by Said Awad, a local English as a Second Language student who was a professional photographer in his native Syria.
Award took photos of other English as a Second Language students over a two day period throughout St. John’s.
The exhibit is on display at Wyatt Hall until July 22nd and is open for public viewing on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
