Man Arrested for Assaulting His Mother in Mount Pearl

A man has been charged with assaulting his mother at a home in Mount Pearl.

The incident happened at about 7:30 Sunday night.

The RNC say the 26-year-old man was uncooperative as they arrested him for assault causing bodily harm, resisting arrest and breach of a court order.

He spent the night at the lockup.
