RCMP are investigating shocking damage caused to the Anglican Cemetery in Spaniard’s Bay after someone tore through the grave yard in a pickup truck.
Head stones, fences and an iron gate were intentionally damaged by someone driving a black Ford F-250 that was found damaged and abandoned in a wooded area nearby.
The truck was seized and police are now looking for the driver involved.
Anyone with information on the truck, or the damage caused to the cemetery is asked to contact Bay Roberts RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
