The Department of Transportation is aware of a video posted to social media showing a school bus pulling into the opposing lane and passing a number of vehicles on the Boulevard in St. John’s.
The department says the safety of students and staff traveling on school buses is imperative and letters have been sent to parents of all students who travel on that bus.
The department says it is working with the contractor to ensure that the situation is properly addressed.
