A clothing drive is underway in memory of a man who was killed by a drunk driver over two years ago.
Brad Kerrivan was on his way to pick up his partner at the airport when his vehicle was hit head-on by a pickup truck.
Kerrivan died at the scene. The man behind the wheel of the truck, Joshua Burt, would later plead guilty to a charge of impaired driving causing death.
Kerrivan’s family has now organized a clothing drive called ‘Bundle Up for Brad.’
Gently used or new adult and children’s coats are being accepted at Play it Again Sports on Topsail Road in support of both The Gathering Place and Daybreak Parent Child Centre.
Donations are being accepted until October 9th.
