The cost of most fuels spiked overnight.

Gas is up by just shy of 7 cents per litre. Diesel jumps by nearly 10 cents on the island and is up 7 cents in Lab West.

Furnace oil jumps by 8.5 cents per litre, while stove oil is up by a little over 6 cents for the island and Labrador West.

There’s virtually no change in the price of propane.
