Two people were arrested and charged following a disturbance at a home in Corner Brook earlier this week.

Police were called to the address just before 4:00 Wednesday morning.

RNC determined that two people had broken into the home, caused damage to the property and assaulted a resident with a weapon.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Thirty-six-year-old Shawn Curlew and 18-year-old Madison Mishaud are each facing charges of break and enter, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, mischief and breaches of court orders.
