Newfoundlanders and Labradorians will come together tonight in support of those whose lives were devastated by wildfires last summer.
The We Stand on Guard Once More concert is taking place tonight at the JAG Soundhouse in St. John’s.
It features a star-studded lineup of 10 Newfoundland acts including Buddy Wasisname & the Other Fellers, Shanneyganock with Bud Davidge, and The Ennis Sisters.
While the event itself has been sold out since the day tickets went on sale, people can still donate to the 2025 Newfoundland & Labrador wildfire appeal.
The concert is being broadcast live on the VOCM Big Land FM Radio Network, and all other major media outlets, beginning at 7:30 p.m. island time, 7 p.m. in most of Labrador.
