A 29-year-old woman spent the night in the lockup after a break-in at a business in downtown St. John’s.

Police were called to the establishment just after 1:30 yesterday afternoon and were able to identify the suspect from CCTV footage of the incident.

Officers located the woman believed to be responsible for breaking in and causing damage to the place.

She’s facing charges of mischief, arson and breach of probation.
