Clarenville RCMP have charged a woman after they say she assaulted someone at their place of work.
Police were called about the assault just after 5 p.m. on Friday in the community of George’s Brook-Milton.
The victim’s injuries are not said to be life threatening, and police believe this was an isolated incident.
Now, 38-year-old Robyn Mitchell is facing charges of assault, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, and mischief under $5,000 – damage to property.
The accused appeared in court today.
