A 24-year-old man is facing criminal charges following a disturbance in Marystown Sunday afternoon.

The RCMP were called to Smallwood Crescent around 1:30 p.m. where they were told the suspect was driving an ATV in an erratic manner.

The man was arrested at the scene and the ATV was seized.

The accused appeared in court yesterday on charges of uttering threats and disturbing the peace.

He was also issued tickets for driving while suspended and not having insurance.
