A 69-year-old man has been charged with assault after an argument between patrons at the Unity PARC Arena in Placentia escalated into a physical altercation.
RCMP got the call about a disturbance at the arena around 7:20 Tuesday evening.
Police say the victim suffered minor injuries as a result.
A 69-year-old man was arrested at the scene. He was charged with assault and released on an undertaking to appear in court on May 13th.
RCMP are encouraging any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police to give them a call at 709-227-2000.
