Government has appointed a new chair of NL Hydro’s board of directors – effective immediately.
Senior commercial lawyer Maureen Ryan replaces John Green.
Government says Ryan has extensive experience in commercial transactions – from contract negotiation, to buying and selling businesses, financing and restructuring.
