One of the most high-traffic areas of the metro region will be closed down for most of today while Japanese Beetle treatment occurs.
Bannerman Park, including its playground and splashpad, and St. Pat’s Ballfield will be closed until 4 p.m.
The pool at Bannerman Park will be open throughout the day.
The treatments are part of the province’s eradication program to get rid of the invasive pest.
