RCMP are seeking information from the public following an unusual incident early Tuesday morning.

A resident in the Pearson’s Peak area outside Grand Falls-Windsor reported some unusual activity in the relatively remote area.

Some of that activity, including what sounds like an argument, was picked up on surveillance cameras and posted to Facebook, leading to questions and speculation about whether someone may have been in distress.

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP received the call around 12:30 Tuesday morning, but despite extensive patrols of the area, no people or vehicles were located.
